How to Submit Information to Hiltonfamilytree.com

If you read the various genealogy blogs and forums, there always seems to be information that seems dubious or data that seems to be stated differently in another place. For example, birthdates: A March 11 1818 birth date and a March 01, 1818 Birth date for the same person can confuse your research if you assume the two birth dates are two different people. This can throw a roadblock in your research. Where possible we will try to ask for the supporting documents for much of the information and we will upload this information to the hiltonfamilytree website and link to it so visitors can immediately click the link and see the original document.

You can help by either supplying a URL of where these documents can be found or (since URLS change), an image of the record. Sort of a modern day bibliography. The problem with most genealogical searches is the records are so spread out, it is difficult to visit one page and have access to all the information you need. In supplying multiple hyperlinks to these data from the HFT, all data will be accessible and a click away.
