First Annual Teresa McCoy Memorial Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament

The date has been set for our First Annual Teresa McCoy Memorial Scholarship Fund Golf /images/Golf/JX-NOH-2.JPG Tournament. The date will be November 18, 2005 at North Hampton Golf Course (http://www.florida-golf.org/FFCG/jacksonville-golf-courses/north-hampton.html ) Fernandina Beach, Florida.

This is a beautiful Arnold Palmer designed course and provides a special remembrance for those Golfers who like to travel to play nice courses. The Memorial Fund may allow special consideration (by your spouse), if you need to find an excuse to spend a day on the Links. Since the beach, shopping, and family entertainment is close at hand, consider bringing the family and turning them loose. Be careful though, Ameila Island has a rich history of being a haven for Pirates, and the Skull and Cross Bones is one of many flags that have flown over this quaint island town. Kids may enjoy visiting the home port of Blackbeard and other notorious Buccaneers.

The North Hampton course, itself, is beautiful and especially challenging, even for the best duffers. Bring your "rescue" club and an inventory of your favorite balls and plan to use both.
